Project management consultant and provider of project management education/training in companies
Project manager in the public sector and industry

External instructors will be involved according to the preferences of the group of participants, in line with the intended focus of the training.

Objectives:

to demonstrate the importance of projects and project management in production and in manufacturing firms
to present how do we implement project start-up (start-up document),
to qualify students for efficient project planning, organisation, execution and control,
to qualify students for the use of computer software for project planning and execution.

Competence:

Understanding and solving engineering problems that are interdisciplinary, and require project-oriented approach to be solved.
Ability to acquire relevant information in real project;
Ability to work in team.
