  5. Project manager in the public sector and industry

Objectives and competences

Objectives:

  • to demonstrate the importance of projects and project management in production and in manufacturing firms
  • to present how do we implement project start-up (start-up document),
  • to qualify students for efficient project planning, organisation, execution and control,
  • to qualify students for the use of computer software for project planning and execution.

Competence:

  • Understanding and solving engineering problems that are interdisciplinary, and require project-oriented approach to be solved.
  • Ability to acquire relevant information in real project;
  • Ability to work in team.
